Bitwave is the #1 digital asset finance platform for Enterprises and Institutions. We are looking for an individual that enjoys diving into digital asset use cases and consultatively solving problems. We are looking for a talented Sales Consultant to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Discovery, Scoping, Statement Of Work (SOW) Creation
    1. Assist the Account Executive in discovery with prospective clients to understand their business model, existing processes, key pain points, ideal state, etc.
    2. Lead the scoping process for complex clients to ensure we thoroughly understand and document client requirements
    3. Liaise with product and solutions to ensure a complete understanding of current and potential Bitwave capabilities
    4. Create SOWs by effectively mapping client needs to Bitwave capabilities and liaising between sales and engineering to determine hours and approach. This includes current client change requests
  2. Product Demonstrations
    1. Partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling and tailored demos that highlight Bitwave’s key value propositions based on the specific needs of prospective clients
    2. Maintain the hygiene of current demo instances designed for various use cases
    3. Build and be able to present custom demo instances for select Points of Contact (POCs) and enterprise deals
    4. You will be expected to become a subject matter expert on Bitwave product offerings
  3. Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support
    1. Join Account Executives at select stages throughout the sales process from initial discovery to contract signing
    2. Provide functional and technical insight to supplement deal strategy and sales materials (proposal, presentations, executive summaries, etc.)
    3. Proactively offer consultative and creative solutions that balance customer needs with Bitwave capabilities and resources
  4. Sales Team Training
    1. Assist in training new account executives on the Bitwave product
    2. Partner with Product to deliver ongoing trainings to the sales team as new functionality is released
  5. Cross Functional Collaboration
    1. Provide input into the product roadmap based on your view of the market, prospects, and clients
    2. Maintain and update the existing market documentation to assist with competitive differentiation in sales cycles
    3. Act as an SME where applicable for marketing as they create content

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with enterprise financial teams and systems
  • Experience demonstrating enterprise software
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and time-management skills
  • You should have a deep interest in blockchain technology and crypto
  • Institutional experience is a plus
  • CPA is a plus, not required
